Pile Integrity & Load Testing
PIT, vertical & lateral pile load tests
To verify the structural integrity and load capacity of installed piles — through Pile Integrity Test (PIT), Vertical Load Test and Lateral Load Test — ensuring foundation safety before superstructure construction.
What We Do
- •Pile Integrity Test (PIT) — low strain
- •Vertical Pile Load Test (Static)
- •Lateral Pile Load Test
- •Cyclic Vertical Load Test
- •Pull-out (Uplift) Test
- •Dynamic Pile Load Test (PDA)
- •Cross-hole Sonic Logging (CSL)
- •As per IS 2911 (Part 4)
Methodology
PIT: Low-strain hammer impact → echo signal recorded → defect/length analysis. Static Load Test: Kentledge or anchor pile reaction → load applied in 50%, 100%, 150% increments → settlement monitoring → ultimate vs safe load determination per IS 2911.
Deliverables & Outcomes
We deliver comprehensive reports and data that guide your project planning and decision-making.
- •Pile Test Report (IS 2911 format)
- •Load vs settlement curves
- •PIT signal analysis (echo logs)
- •Integrity defect localization
- •Safe load capacity certificate
- •Recommendations for design changes
